SLE Global is a Dutch and globally oriented development company focusing on holistic economies of scale and total cost of ownership development solutions for basic human necessities such as energy, water, housing and leisure in emerging markets. SLE's prime focus is on Sub-Saharan Africa.

Our unique approach is to mobilise and tailor proven European construction methodologies for local, emerging markets, construction conditions, and executions while introducing robust water and renewable energy technologies simultaneously. All international operating strategies are done together with our European industry-leading partners. Furthermore, in cooperation with our global financial partners, (inter)national and local funding capital projects are specifically structured and raised. 

Transformative development opportunities are carefully selected using this international cross-delivery of expertise, services, geographical market approach, and extensive feasibility and business studies. Once selected, they will be presented to our partners and investors. Once our partners approve, these development opportunities will be financed, executed and (commercially sustainably) operated.

Our partners and we focus on developing safe, secure, affordable residential and working communities. Water and renewable energy are supplied as service-utility companies.

SLE focuses on developing Purpose-Built Rental Projects, including short-term rental holiday homes, mid-term student accommodation, and long-term middle-class residential and commercial leisure in Sub-Saharan Africa.
