We at SLE Student investigated the Sub-Sahara African market and concluded that there is a shortage and mismatch in price and quality offering of student housing. That is why we decided to introduce our high-end student housing concept at affordable prices to Ghana.
Our concept is designed to be a fun place to live, to study, to make and meet new friends, to sport etc. and above all a home that supports your wellbeing, educational and personal growth and feels safe and secure.
For our first development in Accra in Ghana, in the vicinity of the University of Ghana and the GIMPA, we will be using the latest experiences of student housing providers in Europe including the latest -internet- technologies.
